Vintage Seed Packet Planters
"These gorgeous rustic planters cost virtually nothing to make. They are made with vintage seed packet art which is free to download from my site (9 different designs). To add to the whole vintage farmhouse look the floral art was decoupaged onto some rusty tin cans. Don't worry you can seal the planters to stop them rusting further or the rust flaking off. The plants are planted inside an inner plastic water bottle so they are easy to change."
