This is the best way i learned how to make tiny pom poms and one i would recommend. Its super easy and fast so you can involve kids while learning too. it costs nothing, you have the fork and some yarn stashed away so all you need is to go through this project, learn and start making your pom poms. There's a tone of uses for them after you have made them so dont worry about that.
