    10 Ramen Noodle Recipes

Anybody who’s made the decision to eat ramen noodles as a meal knows that while ramen can be oddly comforting, there’s not a lot going on flavor-wise. The little beef or chicken flavor packets that come with ramen only do so much. If you’re going for budget-friendly meals, ramen noodle recipes are a staple. Just ask any college kid or young parent.

When I was growing up, my dad called ramen “little noodles” and he’d drain it, and pile it high with cheese – which is probably why I loved it. I asked for ‘little noodles’ on a weekly basis. My friends had a good time teasing me when I was older and learned that they’re actually called ramen. Anyway, my dad figured out how to improve ramen with cheese. Pretty much anything is better with cheese.
