From the blogger: "To keep things interesting, I come up with new recipes all of the time, who wants to be bored at dinner time every night? I also like something that is easy to throw together. After you work all day, sometimes dinner is the last thing you want to think about, and prep? I do not like a meal that takes a long time to prepare. This is the easiest meal to put together since you basically dump everything in a baking dish and you are done! "
NotesThis is a little spicy, if spicy is not your thing, you can remove the cayenne pepper.
